We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (in the following “reCAPTCHA”) on our website. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). reCAPTCHA is supposed to check, whether the data entrance on our website (e. g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or an automated program. Therefore reCAPTCHA analyzes the usage of the website visitor according to certain criteria. The analysis starts automatically as soon as the visitor enters the website. For the analysis reCAPTCHA analyzes different information (e. g. IP address, duration of the visit, or mouse movements done by the user). The analyzed data is forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA-analysis run in completely in the background. Website users are not informed that an analysis takes place. The data processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website owner has a justified interest to protect their web offers from abusive, automated leakage and SPAM. If you would like to receive the offered newsletter on our website, we need an email address from you as well as information, which allows us checking that you are the owner of the entered email address and that you agree to receiving the newsletter. Further data are not captured or only on free will. We use this data only for sending the requested information and do not transmit them to third parties. The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based on your agreement (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). The given agreement for saving the data, the email address and the telephone number as well as its usage for sending out the newsletter can be canncelled by you at any time, e. g. by using the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legitimacy fo the already done data processing is not affected by the cancellation. The data entered by you for receiving the newsletter will be safed until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted afterwards. Data that has been safed for different purposes with us (e. g. for invoiced, email adresses for the member area) are not affected by this.
For verification of a newsletter sending by mutual consent we use the so called Double-Opt-in procedure. In this procedure the potential recipient agrees to be put on a distribution list. In consequence the user gets a confirmation email, which allows him to confirm the registration ensuring legal compliance. Only upon confirmation will the address be actively put on the distribution list.
